"..and so this evening was electrifying. Unquestionably it was the virtuosity and the strength of Patricia von Blumröder's interpretation which created an atmosphere for over two hours that fascinated. She mastered these pianistic models of new music with its difficult rhythms, frantic passages (often in the opposite direction), most tender tremoli, rigorous dynamic contrasts and blazing chords over the entire keyboard, conveying a magical sound which transported."
